7. How should I take care of wooden products?
Since all of our current products are wooden handicrafts, proper maintenance is essential to ensure their longevity:

  • Avoid exposing wood to direct heat and sunlight.

  • Maintain consistent humidity in the space to prevent excessive expansion and contraction of wooden pieces and joints.

  • Wipe up spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth.

  • Keep rough and sharp objects away from wood surfaces.

  • Apply protective pads to the undersides of items displayed on wood surfaces, including those with rubber feet or bumpers.

8. How should I clean wooden products?

  • Dust wood frequently with a soft, slightly damp lint-free cloth, and then wipe dry.

  • Avoid using abrasives, harsh chemicals, or aerosol-powered cleaners on finishes and veneers.

9. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select the items you love, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your details, and complete the payment to confirm your order.

10. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be modified once placed. However, cancellations are possible if the order has not been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

12. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, and standard shipping takes 4 to 7 business days. While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors.
