All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

If there are any unexpected delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship exclusively within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Delivery times may vary based on your location, with standard shipping typically taking between 4 and 7 business days. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays.

Shipping Charges

We now offer free shipping on all orders. Enjoy a seamless shopping experience with no extra shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect after dispatch.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information. If your tracking status has not been updated or your package is missing, please contact us at info@thekanchi.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking status shows as "Delivered." However, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we are not responsible for failed deliveries or lost packages. If you realize that you've entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at info@thekanchi.com so we can try to update it before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
