How to Return

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

If the product is damaged or if the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover the return shipping cost and reimburse you for it once the return is received and inspected.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Custom or personalized items, as well as items marked as final sale, are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact, for the return to be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Email us at info@thekanchi.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo or video of the damage. In some cases, we may require a video of the unpacking process to assess the issue. We will assist you promptly and ensure the issue is resolved.
